# 4 SATURDAY STEAK!!

Hi everyone. Today was a really fun day and, as i said in the last post, we had steak!!, Unfortunately we did not have a BBQ so i make steak using the griddle. Anyway. My dad liked my steak so much that he said that we could go to Anni and Danni (luxury chocolates) to get things of my choice, or the very first time. ( I had to be reasonable of corse ). I pick some chocolates and we also got some cake and stuff. So I posted a 'WHAT DO YOU WANT ON # 4' on twitter and Facebook but as normal nobody replied. So, since we are having chocolates, i will show you a recipe for making chocolate at home!!. No copha and no milk powder

HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE

*STEP 1 Mix coco powder (1/2 of a cup) and very soft butter together in a bowl until combine well.

*STEP 2 Warm up milk (1/2) and add 1/2 a cup of sugar and bring to a boil then instantly turn down

*STEP 3 Mix the mixture of coco and butter and the milk in a bowl and put the bowl over along water and stir till combine. (don't let the blow touch the water)

*STEP 4 Put the mixture in modded or ice tray. Put cling film in the models just in case it done not go right
